Ball Family Farms Enters Exclusive Distribution Partnership with HERBL, and 40 Tons Drops May 30th

HERBL, California’s leading cannabis supply chain company, has announced exclusive distribution partnerships with Ball Family Farms and 40 Tons, both Black-owned premium cannabis brands. HERBL begins distribution of both brands’ range of cannabis products in California this month.

Ball Family Farms, a social equity commercial operator, cultivates premium hand-crafted flower with proprietary in-house genetics, living soil and sustainable cultivation systems. The company prioritizes equal pay, diversity and women’s empowerment in the workplace and is known for popular strains such as Daniel Larusso, Dragonfly Jones, Nino Brown and others.

40 Tons, founded by Loriel Alegrete, Anthony Alegrete and Corvain Cooper, is a social impact cannabis brand that advocates for those experiencing incarceration. The brand invests profits from each purchase into social equity efforts and its product line includes full-size 1g pre-rolls and 1/8th flower packs in a variety of strains.

Both Ball Family Farms and 40 Tons are dedicated to fostering positive social impact in the cannabis industry through diversity in the workplace and restorative justice initiatives. HERBL’s partnership with these brands allows them to increase their visibility and reach in one of the most competitive cannabis markets in the world.

“HERBL is committed to partnering with the best-of-the-best in cannabis and is honored to welcome Ball Family Farms and 40 Tons into our top-tier distribution portfolio,” said Mike Beaudry, CEO of HERBL. “Both brands are dedicated to fostering positive social impact in cannabis, whether that be through diversity in the workplace or providing resources to support restorative justice. We look forward to scaling Ball Family Farms and 40 Tons and increasing their visibility in one of the most competitive cannabis markets in the world.”
