• You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of delivery. To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order by a clear statement (by email).
• You’ll get your refund within 14 days of returning your product. This will go back to the original payment method.
• If your item is unused, you’ll get a full refund of the price of the product.
• If you’ve kept some parts of your order, then we’ll only refund you for the items you’ve returned.
• Items returned without a prior request for return will not be accepted.
• After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.

• The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging. Any item that has been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
• The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method for your return.
• We will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• If the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund for the cost of the item(s) and shipping fees.
• Please note that Black Cannabis Magazine reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item and final approval, if approved, Black Cannabis Magazine will process your return. Please allow at least 2 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Black Cannabis Magazine will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
