										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="p1">Papa &amp; Barkley are Cali leaders in the manufacturing of THC edibles, topicals, and concentrates. They’re also involved in the production of CBD products on a national scale.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">The company just announced big changes in executive leadership. Guy Rocourt, the company’s chief product officer and a co-founder has taken the roles of president and chief executive officer.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Newly-appointed Rocourt led Papa &amp; Barkley’s development and launch of best-sellers like Releaf topicals, the Sleep Releaf Collection, Releaf Gummies, and the award-winning Papa’s Sweet living, solventless extracts.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Rocourt’s been Papa &amp; Barkley’s chief product officer since 2015. He was responsible for optimizing production practices, ensuring rigorous testing and lab standards, and developing product roadmaps. With his promotion, he leads the company as it expands to more THC markets in Cali and beyond.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">&#8220;I&#8217;ve dedicated my career to unlocking the power of cannabis and developing products that improve people&#8217;s lives,&#8221; says Rocourt. &#8220;I look forward to leading Papa &amp; Barkley as we focus more on THC markets in California and other states and bring new customers into our fold.
