Wiz Khalifa Headlines National Cannabis Festival In Spring 2022

The National Cannabis Festival is the East Coast’s largest cannabis celebration. The event embraces the legalization progress, advocates for the decriminalization of cannabis, and argues for an end to the so-called war on drugs.

This year the festival expands to a full weekend. The event comes back to the RFK Campus in Washington, D.C. with a broadened agenda.

It returns on April 23rd, bringing with it the usual broad array of exhibitors along with a new culinary pavilion featuring demonstrations by top chefs, eating contests, and panels. They’ll have the National Cannabis Policy Summit in the Ronald Regan Building and International Trade Center. The Echostage will host the National Cannabis Championship. Attendees will also see performances by Ghostface Killah and Wiz Khalifa.

Like almost everything that’s happened to us, COVID postponed last year’s festival. The re-scheduling finds the event returning in the warmer months. So expect more outdoor entertainment. Besides Ghostface and Khalifa, enjoy Backyard Band, Lettuce, Shamans of Sound, DuPont Brass, Farrah Flosscett, and Cramer.

Look forward to plenty of opportunities to engage in forums on wellness, health, and, of course, cannabis culture, policy, and agriculture. New to the festival is culinary events. And, of course, expect a world of vendors and exhibitors.

You can start buying tickets and VIP memberships by visiting the festival’s site. A new feature here is a two-day pass that gets you into the festival and cannabis championships and offers exclusive lounge access, and early entry. Get more information here.
