ZaLympix: The Ultimate Cannabis Competition
ZaLympix is more than a competition—it’s a movement that unites the best cannabis brands, growers, and connoisseurs across California, Michigan, and New York City. Unlike any other contest, ZaLympix features two rounds of judging:
- Industry Judges – A select panel of 28 top cannabis professionals, cultivators, and tastemakers (myself included) sampled 132 strains over 30 days and narrowed it down to the best 28.
- Public Judges – After the industry narrowed the selection, ZaLympix Judge Kits were released in dispensaries across California, allowing the public to vote on which strains deserve the crown.
This two-stage process ensures that only the absolute best cannabis makes it to the top, as judged by both industry leaders and real consumers.
I, Hazey Taughtme, had the honor of being selected as one of the 28 industry judges representing Black Cannabis Magazine. It was a serious challenge, testing 132 strains over a single month to identify the most flavorful, potent, and overall exceptional weed in the game. Now, the results are in, and the winners will be revealed tomorrow night.
